A new large-scale residential project is under construction at it project site at 2706 West 182nd Street in Torrance. The project proposal includes the construction of 48 homes almost ready for inauguration. The project called for the demolition of an existing church parking lot on the site.
Lennar Corporation is the project developer.
The project calls for the construction of 48 residences, designed as a mix of three-bedroom and four-bedroom floor plans for sale. The housing complex will be a collection of four-story buildings. Named Marbella the project is under construction and has an opening date set as September 9 for market availability. Plans call a mix of three-bedroom, 1,724-square-foot units and four-bedroom, 2,252-units. Each will include a three-car garage at ground level.

As per the project website, designs show that a three-bay tandem garage occupies the first level of the three-story townhome. Upstairs, the living room, kitchen, dining room, and a deck are situated among a convenient and contemporary open floorplan. All three bedrooms are situated on the top level of the home, including the luxe owner’s suite which features a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom.
Renderings showcase four-story residences featuring Mediterranean-style designs. The project site sits directly north of the I-405 Freeway in Torrance.
