A new residential project is taking shape and form 15725 South Normandie Avenue in Gardena. The project proposal includes the construction of 30 townhomes. G3 Urban is the project developer. Borstein Enterprises is a partner on the project.
A year-and-a-half after ground breaking, the townhome complex starting to take shape. Upon completion. the project will bring 30 townhomes, ranging from 711 to 1,917 square feet.

Named Normandie Place, the townhomes will consist of a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom floor plans. It will also include 27 market rate units and three affordable units.

Renderings reveal a series of contemporary three-story buildings clad in stone and stucco. The estimated completion date and market availability have not been announced yet.
