A new residential project is on the rise at 1154 West 23rd Street in West Carson. The project proposal includes the construction of 20+ townhomes for single families. The project replaced a single-family home on the site.
Olson Homes is the project developer.
The project site can be seen under construction to bring a new residential community for families. Once completed, 22 single-family dwellings will be available as townhomes. Named Sage Walk, the community will offer three-bedroom and four-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,610 to 1,867 square feet in size.
The community will sit a short distance to the west of Flora Walk, a 2021 townhome complex from Olson Homes with 40 residences. The estimated market availability is expected in 2025. More information can be found Olson Homes’ website.
