A new residential project is under construction taking shape and form at 1154 West 223rd Street in West Carson. The project proposal includes the development of a townhome community offering single-family residences. The project site was previously home to a single-family residence that was demolished.
Olson Homes is the project developer.
The scope of work includes the development of a townhome community offering 22 single-family residences. Named Sage Walk, the community will offer townhomes featuring three-bedroom and four-bedroom floor plans. The houses will range from 1,610 square feet to 1,865 square feet.
Future home owners will be located a short distance to the west of Flora Walk, another townhome complex from Olson Homes. The estimated market availability is early 2025.
