A new mixed-use development has been unwrapped at at 200 West Mesnager Avenue in Chinatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of new six-story and seven-story building offering spaces for residential and retail uses.

Portland-based NBP Capital is the project developer. GBD Architects is responsible for the designs.

Named 200 Mesnager, the scope of work includes the development of a six-story and a seven-story building offering a total of 280 apartments and ground-floor commercial space spanning an area of 20,000 square feet. Additionally, office spaces will also be created on the site from the area dedicated to commercial space.  Parking for 300 parking vehicles will be located on two subterranean levels. The project will yield a total area spanning 380,000 square feet.

Renderings reveal residential, office, and retail spaces will be pivoted around a large courtyard space. Onsite amenities include a yoga studio, a dog park, and a swimming pool.

The mixed-use development is rising near Los Angeles State Historic Park. Completion of the project is anticipated before the end of 2024.
