A new residential project has been proposed for development at 1635 North Magnolia Avenue. The project proposal includes the development of a new large-scale residential development offering 400+ units in a five-story complex.
Trammell Crow Residential is the project developer. AO is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 6.77 acres. The scope of work includes the development of a five-story apartment complex offering 436 units. The residences are designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans.
Rents will range from $2,570 to $5,280 per month. Unit sizes range from 491 and 1,545 square feet. Parking for residents is located in an eight-level, 798-car garage at the center of the property.
Additionally, the project also features 80,000 square feet of open space, located at-grade along the perimeter of the site.Onsite amenities include a fitness center, a golf simulator, a resident lounge, two rooftop decks, and multiple courtyards.
Named The Alexan Marmont, the project debuted earlier this summer. Future residential will be located neat A Line’s Monrovia Station.
