A new mixed-use project is under construction taking shape and form at its project site located at 1430 Lincoln Boulevard in Santa Monica. The project proposal includes the development of a new five-story building offering spaces for residential and retail uses.
Tishman Speyer is the project developer. Studio T-Square 2 is responsible for the designs.
Wood frames can be seen rising from the project site taking the shape of a new five-story mixed-use complex. Upon completion, the mixed-use will bring 97 units over retail space spanning 5,900 square feet. The units will be designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans. Plans also call for a four-level, 295-car subterranean parking garage.
The project completion date has not been announced yet.
