A new residential project is under construction taking shape and form at 3451 South Motor Avenue in Palms. The project proposal includes the development of a new six-story building with 30 apartments.
Shahram Mousavi via 3451 Motor Avenue, LLC is listed as the project applicant. Uriu & Associates is the architect responsible for the designs.
The project is under construction and upon completion will bring a six-story building offering 30 apartments and subterranean parking.
The project site is a vacant parcel located north of Palms Boulevard. Permits have been issued by the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
