The project contains 77 condominiums offered in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts. Units range in size from approximately 668 to 1,112 square feet. Marketing materials list pricing beginning in the high $500,000s and extending into the low $1 million range. The development also incorporates ground-floor retail space and on-site parking.

Originally introduced as the Āto development by Etco Homes, the building has since rebranded prior to sales launch. The structure rises nine stories and presents a contemporary façade organized by stacked balconies and recessed window openings. Upper floors step back slightly at portions of the roofline, adding dimensional variation to the massing.

A prominent mural occupies the building’s blank side elevation, visible from surrounding streets and neighboring properties. The artwork depicts a stylized space-themed composition featuring a young boy figure and an astronaut floating against a celestial backdrop, referencing the street’s namesake, Astronaut Ellison S. Onizuka. The mural provides a large-scale visual marker within the neighborhood and contrasts with the otherwise restrained exterior palette.
The property is located along Astronaut Ellison S. Onizuka Street near 2nd Street, within walking distance of the Little Tokyo/Arts District Station. With sales now underway, the project transitions from construction completion to residential occupancy, adding for-sale housing inventory within the Little Tokyo area.
