A new affordable housing project has been planned fr development at 1301 North Alexandria Avenue in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new five-story building offering 51 residential units as affordable housing options.
Advanced Properties LLC is the project developer. California Development & Design Inc is responsible for the designs.

The scope of work includes the development of a new five-story, 51-unit apartment building. The units will be developed as a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. No onsite parking has been proposed at this time.
The proposal also would utilize density bonus incentives to permit a larger structure than otherwise allowed by zoning rules. All of the apartments would be set aside as affordable housing, predominately at the low- and moderate-income levels.
The project will be on an expedited construction timeline in accordance with the Mayor’s Executive Directive 1.
