According to project materials, the homes are offered in a mix of three- and four-bedroom configurations, with floor plans ranging from roughly 1,350 to just under 1,600 square feet. Units include attached two-car garages and are designed as individually owned condominiums within a unified site plan.
Architectural renderings depict a collection of low-rise buildings with contemporary detailing, articulated façades, and repeating gabled roof forms. Outdoor gathering areas and landscaped open space are distributed throughout the development, creating a semi-private residential environment distinct from surrounding single-family neighborhoods.

Sales information published by the developer indicates that initial pricing begins in the high $500,000 range. With Concord Court now opening to buyers, the project adds a new supply of for-sale attached housing to the Compton market at a scale uncommon in recent local development.
