The proposed development would add 10 three-story townhomes to the property. Each new lot would contain one dwelling unit, with all 10 new homes designed as two-bedroom residences. Plans show unit sizes ranging from 1,305 square feet to 1,878 square feet, with a combined new residential floor area of 14,477 square feet.
The project would retain the existing single-family residence on the designated remainder parcel. Plans state that no existing structures are proposed for demolition. The new townhomes would be arranged in two blocks and accessed by a shared driveway from Ridge Way. Each new residence would include one garage parking space.

The site is located within the Angelino Heights Historic Preservation Overlay Zone. The submitted plans identify the existing property area as 14,905.5 square feet, with the proposed new parcel areas ranging from approximately 821 square feet to 2,230 square feet. Elevation drawings show a compact three-story townhome design with a mix of flat and sloped roof forms, vertical siding, recessed windows, balconies, and muted green exterior panels. The site plan shows the new construction placed behind and beside the retained house, with the project organized around the new internal driveway.
