Construction has been completed for a mixed-use project at 3063 Pico Boulevard in Harvard Heights, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of an apartment building with retail space.
Index Real Estate Investments is the project developer. Ketter Group is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
Named Decolage, the project will bring fifty-one apartments designed in a six-story building. The apartments will be offered as a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The residential floor plans reveal a square footage range starting from 708 square feet to 987 square feet. A retail space spanning an area of 3,350 square feet will be constructed on the ground floor. A subterranean parking garage will be allotted on the site.
On-site amenities are inclusive of a central courtyard. Renderings reveal a podium-style building, featuring a facade fully clad in stucco.
The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
The property site is located east of the intersection of Pico Boulevard & Western Avenue.
