Summer Land Partners Group is behind the development, which will bring 63 multi-family residential condominiums to what is currently an empty lot. The four acre site will be improved with 17 two-story residential buildings, with a mix of 11 two-bedroom and 52 three-bedroom units. Some of the units will be low income.

Ketter Group is responsible for the design concepts and construction.

The project proposal consists of a seven-story residential building. Irvine-based firm Fred & Jamison LLC is the project developer and is tied to a Korean real estate firm Sireus Corp. Ketter Group is managing the design concepts and construction.
Work has stalled at 6569 North Van Nuys Boulevard. The project is by Ketter Group, a company that offers full-service design, construction, and development. The ground was expected to break in the second quarter of 2020. The Van Nuys site previously housed a couple of small commercial buildings, which have since been demolished.
