Construction has topped out at 246 North Dillon Street, in Rampart Village. Westmoreland Expert, LLC represents the project. It will create more three and four bedroom units in the area. The site was previously a single family dwelling and an attached garage. The lot was purchased for $1,150,000 in December of 2020.
There will be two separate duplexes on the site. They will each be 33 feet tall, 43 feet long, and 32 feet wide. They will be three stories tall with 2,900 square feet of floor. There will be a total of four units. Two units will be 4 four bedrooms with four baths,, and the other two units will be three bedrooms with three baths. Renderings depict a contemporary design, with a balconies on some of the units.
There will be garage space on the first level. The site will have four compact and four standard parking stalls. The closest bus stop is on the opposite side of the block, at the corner of Temple Street and North Vendome Street.
Golden Point Construction is the primary contractor on the project. The design is wood construction with concrete slab on grade. $345,000 was the permit valuation at time of filing.
