A new residential complex is all set to make its debut at 716 Beach Avenue in Inglewood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a four-story housing complex offering residential units at affordable rates.
Thomas Safran & Associates (TSA) is responsible for the development.
Named Beach Terrace, the project proposes to bring a residential building offering 42 units. The units are offered as a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom floor plans in a four-story building. The residences will be reserved for eligible veterans, seniors, and families.
Renderings reveal a contemporary low-rise apartment complex featuring an open courtyard. Other onsite amenities are inclusive of open spaces such as an outdoor barbeque area, a play structure, a fitness center, and a community room.
The application window for the complex closed in March.
