A new housing project has been proposed for development at 3405 West Carson Street and 21405-21515 Madrona Avenue in Torrance. The project proposal includes the development of a new residential community offering. Once approved, the residential project will replace parking and commercial buildings on the site. Lennar Corp is the project developer. KTGY and Woodley Architectural Group are responsible for the designs.
