A new affordable housing project has been proposed for development at 2227 West Scott Avenue in Echo Park, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new six-story affordable housing complex offering 39 units. If approved, the project would replace an early 20th century residence on the site. Building Bloch Capital is the project developer. Aero Collective is responsible for the designs.
