A new mixed-use property has been proposed at 1111 Jefferson Boulevard in Culver City, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a complex offering housing and commercial space. 3MR Capital and The John Buck Company are the project developers and have scored a $34-million loan for the project. Culver City-based wHY Architecture and AO are responsible for the design concepts.
