Affordable Units May Come to 845 North Alfred Street, Beverly Grove
A new affordable housing project may soon become an addition to the city of Los Angeles at 845 North Alfred Street in Beverly Grove. The project proposal includes the development of a new seven-story building offering apartments at affordable rates. The project will require the demolition of a pair of small apartment buildings currently occupying the site. 843 Alfred MBV1, LLC is listed as the project applicant. Kevin Tsai Architecture is responsible for the designs.
