A new affordable housing project has been proposed for development a 121 North Mathews Street in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story building that will offer affordable housing units. Tommy Beadel, a co-founder and executive with Thomas James Homes is listed as the project applicant. Ken Stockton Architects is designing the building.
A senior housing complex has been proposed for 23480 Park Sorrento, in Calabasas. Ken Stockton Architects are behind the design. The buildings would be constructed with neutral earth tones, stone veneer, exposed wood, arched and square windows, and Spanish roof tiles.
The lot at 7700 North Woodman Avenue has been cleared in preparation for new development in Panorama City, just West of Burbank. The location used to be several smaller buildings and a parking lot. Now, plans by USA Properties, a Roseville, California-based developer, call for a five-story residential building entitled “The Colony.”
Development permits were filed seeking the approval of a three-story apartment building over a garage at 627 North Dillon Street in Silver Lake, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes building a 30 feet high apartment building. 627 Dillon Associates and Galaxy Commercial Holdings sold the property to MDT Properties Inc. for $3.35 million. Now developers await permit sanction and plan review from the city’s planning commission to break ground.
