Another mixed-use development is pushing dirt at 9900 Venice Boulevard in Palms, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story building offering residential and retail spaces. Excavation is under progress on the site. Los Angeles-based developer Geneva Street Partners is the project developer. Hochhauser Blatter Architecture & Planning (HBA) is responsible for the design concepts.
