Affordable Housing Planned At 12750 West Moorpark Street In Studio City
A new affordable housing project has been proposed for construction at 12750 West Moorpark Street in Studio City. The project proposal includes the development of a new five-story building offering 51 units at affordable rates. If approved, the project will call for the demolition of a 1940s single-family home on the site. The project applicant is Olympic-Barrington Partnership. JZA Architecture is responsible for the designs.
