One year after the residential project was approved, a new multifamily residential development is getting its finishing touches at 3642 South Motor Avenue in Palms, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a six-story apartment building on a site that formerly housed a medical office building. The Albert Group Architects is responsible for the design concepts. Owner and developer Arden, LLC acquired the property for $7.5 million in April 2019.
