A new affordable housing project has been proposed for development at 4537 West Santa Monica Boulevard in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new seven-story building offering affordable housing options. The project calls for the demolition of a few small commercial buildings on the site. Visionary Development Group, led by former professional basketball player Terry Harris, is the project developer. Kevin Tsai Architecture is responsible for the designs.
