A new affordable housing project has been proposed for development at 4537 West Santa Monica in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new seven-story building offering affordable housing units. The project site is currently developed with a pair of commercial buildings that operate a coin laundry business. Visionary Development Group is the project developer. Kevin Tsai Architecture is responsible for the designs.
