The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use complex offering spaces for residences, shops, restaurants, and parking. The property site was once an L.A. Times printing plant, but has served as the headquarters of MGA Entertainment since 2019 Uncommon is the project developer. Works Progress Architecture, a Portland-based firm, is responsible for the designs.
