330 North Patton Street is at full height, in Echo Park. The project will bring denser housing to the largely one and two-story residential area. South Park Group is behind the development. The structure is next door to 340 North Patton Street, which was also developed by South Park Group, and recently opened, it is referred to as Patton Tower North. The newer development will be referred to as Patton Tower South.

The project proposal includes the demolition of commercial buildings and the construction of apartments and retail space. The Brentwood-based company, Champion Real Estate Company, is the project developer. AC Martin is responsible for the design concepts and constriction.

New apartments have reached their structural height at 1315 West Colton Street, in Echo Park. When completed, the site will include views of the Hollywood sign and Downtown Los Angeles. The project is by developer Aragon Properties Corporation. It will bring 35 percent denser housing to the area.

Cypress Equities Investments (CEI) is the project developer. Ottinger Architects is managing the design concept and construction.
