A new residential project is coming to 1300 North Crescent Heights Boulevard in West Hollywood. The project proposal includes the redevelopment of a parking lot into a residential project. with a gross square footage of 40,867 square feet, consisting of a five-story building and a subterranean parking lot.
Tighe Architecture is managing the design concept and construction. The Iranian-American Jewish Foundation is the project developer invested in the project.

Los-Angeles-based real estate firm, Cristina, has successfully broken ground and initiated construction of a new multi-family residential complex at 1264 North Harper Avenue in West Hollywood. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story building containing seventeen residential units above a subterranean parking garage.

Construction Starting at 7617 Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood

West Hollywood can soon see a new mixed-use development taking shape at 7617 Santa Monica Boulevard. Los Angeles-based developer LaTerra Development has successfully initiated shoring and grading activities on the project site. The project proposal includes the demolition of a car wash and the construction of a four-story residential+retail property with commercial space on the ground floor.
