The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story affordable housing complex, offering spaces for residential use, onsite amenities, and resident services. Cesar Chavez Foundation is the project developer. GGA is responsible for the designs.

The project proposal includes the development of two buildings featuring residential units, commercial spaces, and onsite parking. The site was previously being developer with a hotel and market-rate apartments. Cesar Chavez Foundation (CCF) is the property owner. Gonzalez Goodale Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
