Last year, a vacant automobile repair shop was demolished as a part of the project plan. Hong Kong-based real estate development firm Guo Rui Group is the project developer. Apple is the new tenant, and has recently announced plans to bring 3000 new employees to Culver City by 2026 by “expanding its state-of-the-art campus with additional space for these employees and more.” Apple currently hosts its Apple TV headquarters out of Los Angeles.
