A new senior housing project has reached completion at its project site located at 16161 Ventura Boulevard in Encino. The project proposal includes the development of a new six-story senior housing complex offering 107 dwelling units for seniors. Washington-based SRM Development is the project developer. Urbal Architecture is responsible for the designs.
A new office project has been proposed for development at 5880 West Adams Boulevard in Culver City, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of three-story office building. The project site is currently developed with an industrial building. Redcar Properties is the project developer. Evan Raabe Architecture Studio (ERA Studio) is responsible for the designs.
A new residential project has been proposed at 2100 South Crenshaw Boulevard in Arlington Heights, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story apartment building. Once approved, the project will replace a duplex on the site built in the 1920s. Crane Lake, LLC, an Arcadia-based entity managed by Grace Kwok, is the project applicant. PDS Studio is responsible for the design concepts.
Framing is starting to rise at 2405 South Hauser Boulevard in West Adams. The project will bring denser housing and a couple of low-income housing units to the area. The site previously hosted smaller residential buildings. Westside Contractors are currently working on the project.
Construction is nearing structural height at 10412 Venice Boulevard, in Culver City. California Landmark Group is the developer behind the project, which has been entitled, “The MV by CLG.” Renderings of the development were recently posted on their Facebook group, stating that it is “Coming soon to Culver City” and to “Stay tuned.”
