Construction has topped out for a six-story residential development at 3638 Motor Avenue in Culver City, Los Angeles County. The site used to be a dental office and commercial space. Two other buildings are being developed on the same street. Arden Group is responsible for the development.

This building will be 60 feet tall, 83 feet wide, 138 feet long, with a yield of 29,380 square feet for residential use and 1,700 square feet of landscape. 62 new residential apartments will be produced.

In the basement garage, there will be room for 2 disabled and 43 standard car parking spaces. There will be 54 long-term and 6 short-term bicycle parking spaces. The location is a few blocks from the Palms Metro Rail Station, and the bus stops that converge near it.

Albert Group is the architectural firm behind the project, which features a modern, industrial-style design. The initial permit valuation for the building was $6.2 million. The site is also referred to as 3642 Motor Avenue.
