Two, 23 story towers are in the works for 3600 Wilshire Boulevard, in Koreatown. Jamison Properties is behind the large development. The site will add 1,094,700 square feet of space to the popular area.

The lot is 174,300 square feet. The site currently has a 22-story, 385,520 square foot commercial office building, which will remain, and a two-story parking structure, that will be demolished. The building will be 269 feet tall. Inside, there will be 6,359 square feet of commercial space and a total of 760 residential units, some of which will have balconies. There will be 133 studio, 475 one-bedroom, and 152 two-bedroom designs.

There will be six levels of parking, four above ground, and two below. The inside will have 1,527 automobile parking spaces. 1,595 long-term bicycle parking spaces and 29 short-term bicycle parking spaces will also be on site. Designs include 79,800 square feet of open space overall.

Perkins + Will ran the architectural design. Standout features include a rooftop deck, as well as green space on top of the fourth-level parking podium. There will be a gym and other ground floor amenities on site. Developers hope to break ground by the end of the year.
