An office building is taking form and shape at 711 North Lillian Way in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a three-story office building on a vacant property lot.
HQ Creative is the project developer. Shubin Donaldson is responsible for the design concepts.
The project will bring a three-story edifice featuring 30,357 square feet of space for office use. A subterranean parking space with a capacity of 80 vehicles will be developed on the site.
Renderings reveal a contemporary low-rise structure, highlighted by a large rooftop amenity deck and a three-level atrium. The office building will showcase an exterior finish designed in concrete, glass, and painted cement plaster.
Construction is anticipated to occur between 2022 and 2023.
The project site is located just north of Melrose Avenue, neighboring small and mid-sized office buildings near Hancock Park. Five blocks west at Melrose and Seward Street, BARDAS Investment Group is planning a larger 68,000 square-foot development.
