A new residential project has been unwrapped and is ready for tenants at 459 South Hartford Avenue in Westlake, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of a seven-story supportive housing development with onsite supportive services.

Named Hartford Villa Apartments, the project consists of a seven-story edifice, featuring 101 studios and one-bedroom apartments. The housing complex also has on-site supportive services.  A total of 57 accessible units, 53 mobility units, and four hearing/vision-friendly units are offered.
