A new residential project has reached completion at 750-762 Kingsley Drive in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal included the development of a six-story apartment complex offering
Sabet Management Corp is the project developer. Warren Techentin Architecture designed the apartment complex.
The new project is a few days away from reaching the finish line to develop a new multifamily residential development, offering 68 residential units. The apartments are designed as a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom dwellings. Plans also call for 35 parking stalls in a podium garage.
Project entitlements included density bonus incentives permitting a larger structure with more housing than otherwise allowed by zoning rules. In exchange, six apartments are to be set aside for rent as very low-income affordable housing, replacing six units which were demolished to clear the way for the new development.
Renderings reveal a podium-style building, accentuated by black metal panels on its upper floors, which are layered to give texture to the facade. Onsite facilities include a courtyard and a fitness center.
The estimated market availability has not been revealed yet.
