A new townhouse community has been taking shape and form at 1335 W 141st Street in Gardena. The project proposal includes the construction of townhomes offering multi-bedroom floor plans, parking garages, and private decks. The townhomes are taking shape at the former site of Lloyd’s Nursery.
Orange County-based real estate firm Olson Homes is the property developer. KTGY is designing the project.
Named Azalea Walk, a year-and-a-half of construction, the townhouses are developed as a mix of 50 two-bedroom and three-bedroom townhomes up to 1,743 square feet in size. Each unit will feature two-car tandem parking garage at street level, as well as private decks and patios. The houses have a sales price ranging from $635,000 to nearly $800,000.
The project will consist of six different three-story structures surrounding a large central green space. The estimated completion date and market availability has not been announced yet.
