A new residential project has been proposed for development at 4728 San Fernando Road in Glendale. The project proposal includes the construction of a new residential community offering nearly 250 units. The project proposed the demolition of existing commercial structures on the site.
Permits list 550 Riverdale, LLC as the owner of the site. The property is managed by the president of Glendale-based Stevenson Real Estate Services.
The scope of work includes the construction of a new 249-unit residential development. The project has been submitted for density bonus review, implying that a portion of the proposed apartments would be set aside as deed-restricted affordable housing in exchange for waivers of certain zoning rules or other incentives.
Upon completion, the project will replace an industrial facility on the site. The project site is situated along the western edge of the Pacific-Edison neighborhood. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
