A new residential project is making project at 495 South Hartford Avenue in Westlake. The project proposal includes the construction of a new seven-story building offering 200+ apartments.
Intergulf Development Group is the project developer. IBI Group is responsible for the designs.
The multifamily residential building is rising just north of 6th Street. The seven-story complex will bring 218 residential units. Under the residential units, a two-level subterranean parking garage will provide parking for around 200 vehicles.
Project entitlements include density bonus incentives, permitting a larger structure than allowed by zoning rules. In exchange, 36 of the new apartments are to be reserved as affordable housing.
Renderings reveal a modern low-rise building. The project completion is expected in late 2024.
