Construction is complete on a new multifamily residential development located just south of the Van Nuys Metrolink and Amtrak station, where a former commercial site has been redeveloped with new housing. The finished project occupies parcels at 7644-7658 Van Nuys Boulevard in the Van Nuys neighborhood of Los Angeles.
Architectural plans for the project were prepared by Ken Stockton Architects.

The development consists of a six-story apartment building containing 124 residential units. The unit mix includes studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Parking is provided through a combination of at-grade and subterranean levels, with capacity for 126 vehicles integrated into the building.
Project approvals utilized Transit Oriented Communities incentives, allowing increased residential density near high-capacity transit. As part of that entitlement framework, 13 apartments within the building are reserved as extremely low-income affordable housing units.
The completed structure features a contemporary residential design with articulated façades and stepped massing along Van Nuys Boulevard. On-site amenities include indoor common spaces, a landscaped courtyard, and rooftop areas incorporated into the building program.
City records list the project’s developer as an entity managed by Shlomi Asiss. With construction now complete, the Van Nuys Boulevard development adds new housing directly adjacent to one of the San Fernando Valley’s most active regional transit nodes, reinforcing residential growth along the corridor without further expansion of surface parking or low-intensity commercial uses.
