An affordable housing project is moving forward at 9701 North Vesper Avenue in Panorama City. The project proposal includes the construction of a new five-story building offering spaces for apartments at affordable rates along with onsite parking. The project will replace a century-old duplex near Metro’s planned light rail line in Van Nuys Boulevard. Western Paradise, LLC is the project applicant. Stockton Architects is responsible for the designs.

The project proposal includes the construction of a new residential building rising six stories high, offering spaces for apartments and on-site parking. An entity affiliated with Liv Lux Property Group, LLC is the project developer. Stockton Architects is designing the project.

Metropointe Opens at 3524 Chesapeake Avenue, in West Adams

The Metropointe has opened at 3524 Chesapeake Avenue, in West Adams. The project has increased density at the location by up to 70 percent. Schaffel Development Company is behind the two building projects, referred to as Metropoine North and Metropoine South.
