A new affordable housing project has been proposed for development at a project site in Los Angeles, located at 5151 Denny Avenue in North Hollywood. The project proposal includes the construction of a new five-story building offering 80 apartments as affordable housing options. Once approved, the project will call for the demolition of a pair of fourplexes on the site. HVN Development is the project developer. Stockton Architects is responsible for the designs.
