Construction is advancing toward completion at 939 West Manchester Boulevard in Inglewood, where the developer is bringing an eight-story mixed-use community called Jefferson Inglewood. The project rises on a site that formerly housed a car wash, just south of the Metro K Line.
JPI is the project developer. TCA Architects is responsible for the designs.

When finished, the development will deliver 222 apartments in a range of studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts, along with 3,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Parking will be accommodated within a three-level garage. As part of project approvals, 11 units will be reserved as affordable housing.
Plans by TCA Architects call for a contemporary podium-style building with a gently curved street frontage. Renderings depict façades clad in light and dark materials, accented by floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies. Ground-floor retail fronts Manchester Boulevard with transparent glass, while upper levels feature step-backs and outdoor terraces. Planned resident amenities include a pool deck, fitness center, clubroom, and rooftop gathering space.
Construction has topped out, and move-ins are expected to begin in 2026.
