The three-story residences are expected to range between roughly 1,400 and 2,200 square feet, offering multiple bedroom configurations aimed at families and larger households. The for-sale model replaces an earlier proposal for a dense apartment complex, signaling a broader pivot in how this stretch of Pomona is planning its future housing supply.
