The project site spans an area of 1.9 acres. The scope of work includes the development of a new residential community offering 37 detached single-family small lot residences. Named Nelavida, the prices for small lot homes start at $1.1 million.

The residences will be built as a mix of two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,642 to 1,835 square feet in size. Each floor plan will feature a two-car garage at ground level and a rooftop deck above.

Once complete, the community will also offer 20,000 square feet of open space and outdoor areas.
