A new affordable housing project has been proposed for development at 4600 East Olympic Boulevard in East Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of a new five-story building offering 69 apartment units at affordable rates.
Magna Loyal, LLC is the property owner. Metropolis Architecture is responsible for the designs.
Plans calls for new affordable housing to be built in unincorporated East Los Angeles, offering 69 apartments in a five-story building. The units will be offered as low-income and moderate-income housing options. No on-site parking has been proposed at this point. Renderings reveal a contemporary design.
The project site is located just east of the 710 Freeway and was sold in 2021. A project application has been submitted to the Los Angeles County Regional Planning Commission for review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
