Drawings indicate a multi-story structure organized above a podium base, with upper levels featuring a regular arrangement of windows and recessed balconies. The façade incorporates contrasting surface treatments, with patterned sections and vertical elements creating variation across the elevation.
The site is located in Westlake near MacArthur Park, within an area experiencing continued residential development activity.
