Facade-framing has been completed for new residences located at 1025 North Wilcox Avenue in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of single-family small-lot houses on a vacant parcel.
North Hollywood-based firm Ace Construction is the developer. Vanos Architects is managing the design concepts and construction. Beverly Hills-based attorney Igor Korbatov is the project applicant.
Located just south of Santa Monica Boulevard, the project will bring four-story buildings ranging between 1,348 square feet to 1,400 square feet in size. The project will showcase twelve single-family dwellings.
Renderings reveal twelve houses designed in a series of low-rise box-like structures with a central driveway.
The project is nearing completion, but the market availability of the small-lot houses has not been announced yet.
The residences are located a few blocks east of Sunset Las Palmas Studio, neighboring a recently completed office building.
