A new mixed-use project is under construction at 200 West Mesnager Avenue in Chinatown, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the development of six and seven-story buildings offering residential, office, and commercial spaces. The project replaced an industrial building on the site.
GBD Architects is responsible for the design concepts.

The project will consist of six and seven-story buildings featuring 280 apartments along with approximately 20,000 square feet of retail and office spaces on the ground floor. Parking for 300 vehicles will be located on two subterranean levels.

Renderings reveal a contemporary design showcasing a large courtyard space, intended to be used as gathering space for the surrounding community. Onsite amenities will include a yoga studio, a dog park, and a swimming pool.
Completion of 200 Mesnager is expected in 2024.
