A new residential project is taking shape and form at 1327 North Fuller Avenue in Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project proposal includes the construction of five new small lot residences. Plans called for the demolition of a single-family home on the site.
Breakform Real Estate is the project developer.
The residences are taking form and shape one block south of Sunset Boulevard. Wood framing is complete for a new development of five homes. The project is named The Fuller Five, and all homes will feature 1,850 square feet of floor area, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a rooftop deck, and a two-car garage.
When the project was announced in 2018, it was stated that the completed homes would not share any foundations or walls with one another, and thus not require homeowners association dues. The project site is located midway between Fountain Avenue and Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood. The estimated market availability has not been announced yet.
